Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.

    We provide bounded attribute warranty on each subsystem except stated any other way, and on the whole machine. The attribute guarantee covers defects as a result of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship We would not be held liable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your component. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our warranty. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are readily accessible on appeal.

    We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

    A Call-out points to to each instant a technician supplies a service at your property. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accommodation as well as transport costs to your property, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. If you would wish for us to come to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our place as well as your property.Those charges may differ time by instant without notice, so generously analyze about call out as well as travel costs ahead of time.
    A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.

    If you just want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your contentment or would like to find out if the appliance is adjusted to work optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. There is no fees for the experts we supply. You will be advised by our experts if an alternative or other assistance or spares replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Reservations have to be made for adjustments or intense labour function to be practised at your/our quickest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be practised during maintenance visits.
    If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
