Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty. Quality Warranty: We offer restricted trait warranty on the whole machinery, and any subsystem unless stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship as well as unreliable components errors are covered by the feature warranty. We are not responsible for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforestated. Certainly, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimum cost. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out points to to each and every time time a technician supplies a service at your property. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or accepted by the management. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement including transport costs to your premises, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. We suggest that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/kilometer is the current amount multiplied by the traveling distance between your place and our workshop, should you prefer for us to travel to you.Without notice, those fees may change instant by extent, accordingly generously inquire about call out and traveling costs beforehand A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment or want to find out if the machinery is set to work optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. No costs will be implemented for the technician we supply. Our experts will be able to supply you with advice on if an different or additional servicing or spare reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Reservations must be made for repairs or excessive labour work to be completed at your/our quickest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be practised during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Barcode System: A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Accordingly your machinery's guarantee report and servicing history will regularly be able to be checked in any way and at any moment on our site or while disconnected. We honour our machines guarantee and servicing by using the barcode. This insures your supreme benefit on both the maintenance and resell of your machines. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. Latest Model Quoted: The above quotation concerns our brand new model, therefore the features, details and extras are suited thereto. Our sales representatives can be contacted relating to any information of the generation model quoted. Based on minor completion or insignificant composition, you will be designated to obtain a 5% allowance on prior models, in which case we don't have the advanced model available. The quotation above pertains to our newest model, and as such the highlights, specifications, accessories are applicable thereto. Kindly enquire from our sales representative as to the year model quoted. In the event that we do not have the newest model available, you will be entitled to receive up to 5% discount on the older model, dependent on lesser performance or lesser design.
