Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.

We provide bounded characteristic guarantee on each subsystem except stated differently, and on the entire machinery. The characteristic warranty covers weaknesses due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our constraint. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Naturally, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are readily vacant on inquiry.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan:
Service Plan
The machinery you are going to purchase compels a regular service. Basic wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost, investigation and adjustment as well as common cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and void if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not rectified within the equal of double that period. This is to say, you must get your machine serviced within every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.

A Call-out refers to each and every time extent a specialist provides a service at your place. Unless per-approved by managers or enclosed by any of the above plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accommodation including traveling costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. The existing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our office and your place, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Those fees may differ point by point without notice, so beneficially seek an answer about call out as well as traveling costs beforehand.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, or if you want to know if the appliance is adjusted to operate optimally. We will not charge any fees for the experts we supply. Our specialist will be able to recommend whether everything is normal or if an back-up or further servicing or spare reinstatement is needed. Reservations should be made for reconstruction or intense labour operate to be practised at your/our earliest availability as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be carried out during maintenance visits.
If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
