Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.

The quality guarantee covers weaknesses by cause of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship We aren't accountable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforementioned. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon inquiry.

A Call-out refers to any extent a specialist supplies a service at your premises. Unless approved by the company or covered by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays. costs to your place including settlement if required, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. The specialists required plans to be made to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be done by you. If you would choose for us to go to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our premises and your establishment.Attentively analyze about call out as well as travel costs beforehand as those costs may vary instant by extent without notice.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your contentment, or if you would like to find out if the appliance is fitted to operate optically. There is no cost for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to recommend if everything is normal or if an alternative or further servicing or spares replacement is needed. Bookings must be made for reconstruction or intense labour work to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits.
If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
