Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.

    For the whole machinery, as well as any subsystem, we only provide constrained feature guarantee lest stated elseways. The quality guarantee covers defects by cause of faulty components or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our responsibility. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforementioned. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are readily vacant on appeal.

    We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

    Service Plan:
    Service Plan
    The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be demanding a routine service. Investigation and arrangement, basic cleaning , as well as everyday depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. It is vital that your machine(s) is serviced within the equal of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, or else your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you should get your machine serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
    By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
    Call-out Service & Fee:

    When a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested except for when the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans or confirmed by the management. At the time of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accommodation including touring costs to your place, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/km is the current rate increased by the traveling distance between your premises including our workshop, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Without notice, those costs may vary point by point, consequently generously enquire about call out and travel costs ahead of time
    A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.

    If you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or would like to know if the machine is adjusted to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. We will not charge any cost for the experts we provide. Our specialist will be able to supply you with advice on whether an back-up or further assistance or spare parts replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Regretfully, no repairs or excessive labour work will be done during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.
    If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
