The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.

For the whole machinery, including each subsystem, we only supply limited attribute guarantee if not stated any other way. The trait guarantee covers defects by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. Our warranty will thus not cover aforementioned. Naturally, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are promptly available.
Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to buy. The covered service plan encloses everyday cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as general depletion replacement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not rectified within the equal of twice that period. This is to say, you should get your machine rectified in every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
Anytime a service is provided at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.In addition to the call-out fee, traveling costs to your establishment and settlement if crucial, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up and sent back are recommend to be carried out by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the existing amount multiplied by the driving distance between your premises including our workshop, should you prefer for us to travel to you.Those charges may differ instant by extent without notice, so generously seek an answer about call out as well as travel costs in advance.

We will not charge any fees for the technician we supply. Thus your machinery's assurance information and maintenance history will regularly be able to be reviewed in any manner and at any term on our database or while disconnected.
