If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty. Quality Warranty: We offer confined attribute guarantee on each subsystem lest stated differently, including on the whole machinery. The quality guarantee covers weaknesses as a result of defective materials or poor craftsmanship We would not be held liable for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your machinery. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Definitely, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly available.

Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out points to to any point a specialist provides a service at your property. Unless accepted by management or enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be required. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Touring costs to your premises as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are recommend to be carried out by you. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is suited for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you want to know if the appliance is fitted to operate optimally. No costs will be assigned for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our specialist if an different or further service or spares replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Unfortunately, no reconstruction or intense labour operate will be practised during a preservation visit, but a booking can be made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
