Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.

For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only offer constrained characteristic guarantee unless stated any other way. Shortages as a result of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or misuse of your product. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately available on inquiry.
Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The enclosed service plan contains standard cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as everyday ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you should get your machine improved within every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each and every time time a specialist supplies a service at your establishment. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is included by any of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers. At the point of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out fee, transport costs to your establishment and settlement if crucial, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/kilometer is the ongoing rate multiplied by the traveling distance between your premises and our workshop, should you prefer for us to come to you.Those charges may vary point by extent without notice, so attentively enquire about call out including transport costs ahead of time.

We will not require any cost for the specialist we provide.
