Quality Warranty: We supply constrained attribute guarantee on the entire machinery, and each subsystem if not stated elseways. Weaknesses by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our liability. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a technician offers a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Except for when arranged by management or concealed by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be required. At the point of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your establishment as well as accommodation if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. The technicians essential preparations to be made to get picked up including sent back, are recommend to be made by you. The existing amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our workshop and your property, should you recommend for us to come to you.Beneficially analyze about call out and travel costs beforehand as those charges may vary point by instant without notice. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is perfect for you if you just want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment, or if you want to find out if the machine is fitted to function optimally. We will not require any fees for the specialist we supply. Our specialist will be able to provide you with advice on whether an alternative or further servicing or service parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Reservations have to be made for repairs or hard labour work to be practised at your/our quickest convenience as no repairs or any such labour services will be done during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
