Handle the Fibre Optic Cord and Components with Extreme Care. Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.
Lenses are consumables that need to be replaced when damaged. Failure to change damaged lenses may result in other components melting and we cannot be held responsible nor provide warranty for such damages. For a high power laser like this one, dust and/or any other object on the lens will melt and stick onto the lens, causing damage to the lens. When exchanging any lens, please make sure the environment is clean. NEVER touch the lens with your hands. Always use a lens wipe to handle the lens. When it's time to take the laser power supply connector out for a torch change, make the process fast and make sure the environment is as clean as possible. Never remove any bolts, screws or nuts that are not mentioned in our video guide. Once dust gets in, the components are unfixable. Dust is a big problem for optical systems so please take extreme caution. Further caution and operation skill is still needed from your side to avoid burning the torch or laser power supply. Dust free and dry air of 4 bar is required for all applications, and you need to cap any outlet when air is off.
The prices you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. After the new service parts or accessories have been fitted by our technician, they will ensure that the clients machinery is fully operative and well tested. Sending a technician to provide technical services, or remotely supplying technical information may be preferred when in regarding to other companies machines. In regarding competitors machinery, we cant guarantee which actions (if any) can be taken or what information (if any) would be given by our experts.The client will be presented with a full refund should our technician remotely diagnose or proposes a extra - replacement or component add-on for machines that we have sold, including for unused or spare spare or associated equipment as soon as the client send the spare parts or associated equipment back in its original state.
Should you prefer that we go to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on fitting for machinery that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour costs, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if crucial. Arrangements are preferred to be made by the buyer for the technician to be fetched and sent back. If you would prefer for us to navigate to you, the ongoing rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling amplitude between our warehouse and your premises.
