Training Course: Our training facility offers principal and/or overall training courses for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is comprehended in your machine investment, but more improved training can be purchased after the basic course has been passed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a technician supplies a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. Lest per-approved by the company or covered by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement including transport costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out cost, are on your account if crucial. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be done by you. Remote Assistance: We are able to network with to your laptop to assist you with the organization and problems immediately without going away from our branch with Broadband internet and promoted programming technology. When relating to interpretation on all machines we sell that joins to and functions with a laptop, as well as the fitting and setup on all software we sell, we provide endless unrestrained remote service. Training and remote assistance is not similar in any way. By utilizing the capabilities of Broadband Internet and advanced software technology, we can remotely connect to your computer to offer immediate assistance in setup and troubleshooting, without the need for physical presence in our office. We offer limited remote assistance for the diagnosis of all machinery that is compatible with and connects to a computer, as well as installation and configuration of software sold by us, within a period of 5 years.
