Quality Warranty: We supply confined quality warranty on the entire machine, and any subsystem lest stated differently. The attribute warranty covers shortages due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship We are not liable for general wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Aforestated is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are immediately vacant.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Training Course: We supply fundamental and/or full training courses via our training centre for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your investment, nevertheless more advanced training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been accomplished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to each point a technician provides a service at your establishment. Unless the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as travel costs to your property, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you. If you would like for us to travel to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our office and your property.Without notice, those fees may vary extent by point, for this reason generously analyze about call out as well as transport costs ahead of time A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Remote Assistance: With the high bandwidth internet and promoted software automation, we are able to connect to your PC to assist you with organization and problems instantly without leaving our workshop. We supply continuous limitless remote help for analysis on all machines we sell that joins to and works with a PC, and establish and configuration all software we sold as well. Training and remote help is not similar in any way. With the Broadband Internet and advanced software technology, we are able to connect to your computer to help you with setup and troubleshooting instantly without leaving our office. We provide lifetime unlimited remote assistance for diagnosis on all machinery we sell that connects to and works with a computer, and install and configuration all software we sold as well. Remote assistance is not subject to training.
Barcode System: A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. Analyze accordingly you will evermore be able to,in any manner and at any term, check the machinery's assurance information and service history on our webpage or offline. By using the barcode we value our machinery's assurance and assistance. Supreme advantage are insured on both the selling and servicing of your machines. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. We honour our machines' warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery.
