Call-out Service & Fee:
Call-out Service & FeeA Call-out refers to each instant a technician provides a service at your establishment. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out fee, travel costs to your premises and settlement if essential, are on your account. We suggest that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. If you would choose for us to come to you, the ongoing amount is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our premises as well as your place.Those fees may change extent by instant without notice, so generously enquire about call out and traveling costs beforehand.

Remote AssistanceWe are able to connect to your PC to assist you with the configuration and troubleshooting right away without leaving our premises with Broadband internet and advanced programming automation.
