Handle the Fibre Optic Cord and Components with Extreme Care. Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.
Lenses are consumables that need to be replaced when damaged. Failure to change damaged lenses may result in other components melting and we cannot be held responsible nor provide warranty for such damages. For a high power laser like this one, dust and/or any other object on the lens will melt and stick onto the lens, causing damage to the lens. When exchanging any lens, please make sure the environment is clean. NEVER touch the lens with your hands. Always use a lens wipe to handle the lens. When it's time to take the laser power supply connector out for a torch change, make the process fast and make sure the environment is as clean as possible. Never remove any bolts, screws or nuts that are not mentioned in our video guide. Once dust gets in, the components are unfixable. Dust is a big problem for optical systems so please take extreme caution. Further caution and operation skill is still needed from your side to avoid burning the torch or laser power supply. Dust free and dry air of 4 bar is required for all applications, and you need to cap any outlet when air is off.
The prices you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, during the quotation valid period, the price we quoted for you will be fixed and valid until the quotation expires. If you haven't paid as yet, a new quotation will be created and new pricing will apply.

We give a worth warranty for licensed spare parts and accessories sold except when the spares or accessories is utilized on our machines and installed by our technician or under our technician's supervision. Unless when approved by the company, the value warranty will be void if spare parts or accessories has been fitted into competitors machines or put together without our consent.
Diagnosis and new service parts or components installments is costless for machines sold by us. After the new spares or components have been installed by our expert, they will make sure that your machines is perfectly operational and well tested. Sending a expert to give technical services, or remotely supplying technical advice may be preferred when in regarding to other companies machines. Regrettably, we cannot, when regarding 3rd-party machines, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or guidance (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
If a remote suggestion for extra - reinstatement or accessory add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for unused or redundant spares or accessories is made by our specialist, we will present the client with a complete refund once the client send the spares or accessories in its primary order.
Should you wish that we travel to your place for a spare- replacement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if vital. Clients are chosen to make all preparations for the technician to be picked up and sent back. If you should prefer for us to travel to you, the existent amount is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling span between our warehouse and your place.
