Whenever a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out cost will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out cost, traveling costs to your place and accommodation if essential, are on your account.
