We provide a 1 month limited warranty for middle-range powered laser Tubes. A process of examining of- and feedback to- the laser tube manufacture is required for us to decide the laser tube condition is to be processed in line with the warranty. Preconditions exist for laser Tube warranty, please carefully read and understand those conditions which listed at https://am.co.za/laser/tube/warrantyThe products offered are of such a nature that you should arrange for your own collection of such products after payment of the purchase price. Alternatively, should you require us to deliver the products, the products are sent at the expense and risk of you, the purchaser. We, the seller is absolved from any liability due to damage of the products during the transportation process based on the nature and fragility of the products concerned. 
The prices you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, during the quotation valid period, the price we quoted for you will be fixed and valid until the quotation expires. If you haven't paid as yet, a new quotation will be created and new pricing will apply.No fees be requested for diagnosis and new repair parts or associated equipment installments for machinery obtained from us. After the new repair parts or components have been setup by our specialist, they will make sure that the clients machinery is perfectly operative and well certified. Sending a expert to supply technical support, or remotely providing technical advice can be preferred when concerning competitors machines. When related to 3rd-party machines, we cant guarantee which steps (if any) would be taken or what advice (if any) would be supplied by our experts.If a remote suggestion for extra - reinstatement or associated equipment add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for new or extra spare parts or accessories must be made by our specialist, we will present you with a 100% reimbursement once you send the spare parts or accessories in its original condition.
A labour fee will not be charged should you prefer that we travel to your establishment for a spare- replacement or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be charged if applicable. Clients are preferred to make all preparations for the specialist to be fetched and sent back. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the current percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your place.
