Free Installation: Accessory or new service parts installation and diagnosis for machinery purchased from us is costless. After the new spare or associated equipment has been put together, our specialist will ensure that the clients machinery is completely working and well certified. We may recommend to provide technical information remotely or send a technician to give technical assistance for other companies machines. In regarding competitors machinery, we cant guarantee which steps (if any) shall be taken or what advice (if any) shall be given by our experts. The installation and diagnosis of new spare parts or accessories sold by us shall be free of charge (save for the call out rates to the extent applicable) for all machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spare parts or accessories have been installed. We will provide technical advice remotely and/or send technician(s) to provide technical assistance in respect of third-party machines (i.e. machines not sold by us), only by way of written agreement. Whilst we try our best to ensure customer satisfaction we unfortunately do not provide installation nor support whatsoever for all spare parts used for machines not from us. We cannot guarantee, and shall take no responsibility for, any actions taken, or advice mentioned on our websites, or advice given by our technicians in respect of any third-party machines.
Money Back Guarantee: The client will be supplied with a full refund should our specialist remotely recommend or recommend a spare - replacement or associated equipment add-on for machines that we have sold, as well as for brand new or extra spare or associated equipment as soon as you send the service parts or components back in its original condition. If our technician remotely diagnoses a machine sold by us and proposes a spare part replacement or accessory add-on which proves to be unused or redundant during the installation and subsequent diagnoses, we will provide you with credit to the value of the unused or redundant spare parts or accessories, upon the return of the spare part or accessory to us, in its original condition/packaging, within 30 days from the date on which the spare part or accessory was purchased. Call-out Installation & Travel Cost: A labour expense will not be charged would you choose that we travel to your place for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be required if suited. Adjustments are preferred to be made by the purchaser for the technician to be fetched and sent back. The ongoing amount payable, would you prefer for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our office and your place. Call-outs will be attended to at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such setup, repair, installation or part replacement services. Unless you arrange for our technician to be collected from, and dropped off at, our premises at your own cost, our standard call-out rates shall apply. We charge a rate R 9.95 per kilometre for each kilometre of driving distance between our nearest branch and your premises.
