We provide a 1 month limited warranty for middle-range powered laser Tubes. A process of examining of- and feedback to- the laser tube manufacture is required for us to decide the laser tube condition is to be processed in line with the warranty. Alternatively, should you require us to deliver the products, the products are sent at the expense and risk of you, the purchaser. We, the seller is absolved from any liability due to damage of the products during the transportation process based on the nature and fragility of the products concerned. 
The prices you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, during the quotation valid period, the price we quoted for you will be fixed and valid until the quotation expires. If you haven't paid as yet, a new quotation will be created and new pricing will apply.Diagnosis and new service parts or accessories fitments is free of charge for machinery sold by us. Our specialists will make sure that the clients machines is perfectly operative and well certified after the new repair parts or accessories have been put together. For other companies machinery, we may prefer to offer technical advice online or send a technician to offer technical services. When concerning competitors machines, we cant guarantee which steps (if any) shall be taken or what advice (if any) would be supplied by our experts.If our specialist remotely advises or prefers a spare replacement or component add-on for machines that we have sold, and for brand new or spare spare parts or associated equipment, we will present the client with a 100% repayment once the client send the spare parts or accessories back in its original state.
Accommodation fees and travel costs will be charges should you choose that we come to your property for a spare- replacement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, even though a labour expenses will not be required. Clients are required to make all adjustments for the specialist to be retrieved and sent back. R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our warehouse and your property, is the ongoing percentage payable and appropriate should you prefer for us to go to you.
