We provide a 1 month limited warranty for middle-range powered laser Tubes. A process of examining of- and feedback to- the laser tube manufacture is required for us to decide the laser tube condition is to be processed in line with the warranty. Preconditions exist for laser Tube warranty, please carefully read and understand those conditions which listed at https://am.co.za/laser/tube/warrantyThe products offered are of such a nature that you should arrange for your own collection of such products after payment of the purchase price. Alternatively, should you require us to deliver the products, the products are sent at the expense and risk of you, the purchaser. We, the seller is absolved from any liability due to damage of the products during the transportation process based on the nature and fragility of the products concerned. 
The prices you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, during the quotation valid period, the price we quoted for you will be fixed and valid until the quotation expires. If you haven't paid as yet, a new quotation will be created and new pricing will apply.No costs will apply for diagnosis and new spares or components fitments for machines purchased from us. After the new spares or accessories have been installed, our technician will certify that your machines is completely working and well certified. For 3rd-party machinery, we may choose to offer technical advice remotely or send a expert to give technical support. We cannot however, oath which steps (if any) shall be taken, or information (if any) will be supplied by our technicians in regarding to 3rd party machines.If a remote suggestion for extra - reinstatement or associated equipment add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for brand new or spare spare parts or accessories will be made by our specialist, we will supply the client with a full refund once you send the spare parts or accessories in its primary condition.
Would you wish that we go to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if required. Adjustments are required to be made by the purchaser for the technician to be picked up and sent back. The current rate payable, would you choose for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our office and your place.
