We provide a 1 month limited warranty for low-power laser Tubes. A process of examining of- and feedback to- the laser tube manufacture is required for us to decide the laser tube condition is to be processed in line with the warranty. Preconditions exist for laser Tube warranty, please carefully read and understand those conditions which listed at https://am.co.za/laser/tube/warrantyThe products offered are of such a nature that you should arrange for your own collection of such products after payment of the purchase price. Alternatively, should you require us to deliver the products, the products are sent at the expense and risk of you, the purchaser. We, the seller is absolved from any liability due to damage of the products during the transportation process based on the nature and fragility of the products concerned. 
The prices you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, during the quotation valid period, the price we quoted for you will be fixed and valid until the quotation expires. If you haven't paid as yet, a new quotation will be created and new pricing will apply.Associated equipment or new spares fitments and diagnosis for machines obtained from us is complimentary. After the new service parts or associated equipment have been setup, our specialist will make sure that the clients machinery is 100% operational and well certified. We may propose to supply technical information remotely or send a technician to supply technical assistance for 3rd-party machinery. Unfortunately, we cannot, when concerning competitors machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or guidance (if any) will be provided by our technicians.If a remote recommendation for extra - restoration or accessory add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for new or redundant spare or associated equipment is made by our technician, we will provide you with a complete repayment once the client send the service parts or accessories in its initial order.
Accommodation fees and come costs will be charges would you prefer that we go to your place for a spare- replacement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, even though a labour fee will not be requested. Clients are chosen to make all adjustments for the specialist to be retrieved and sent back. The prevailing percentage payable, should you wish for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our workplace and your place.
