A process of examining of- and feedback to- the laser tube manufacture is required for us to decide the laser tube condition is to be processed in line with the warranty. Alternatively, should you require us to deliver the products, the products are sent at the expense and risk of you, the purchaser. We, the seller is absolved from any liability due to damage of the products during the transportation process based on the nature and fragility of the products concerned. 
The prices you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, during the quotation valid period, the price we quoted for you will be fixed and valid until the quotation expires. If you haven't paid as yet, a new quotation will be created and new pricing will apply.Diagnosis and new service parts or associated equipment fitments is costless for machinery sold by us. After the new service parts or components has been put together, our technician will insure that your machinery is 100% operative and well tested. Sending a technician to give technical assistance, or remotely supplying technical information may be preferred when in regards to 3rd-party machines. Regrettably, we cannot, when regarding competitors machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be provided by our technicians.If a remote recommendation for spare - reinstatement or associated equipment add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for unused or extra spare parts or components is made by our technician, we will present you with a full remuneration once you send the service parts or accessories in its original quality.
Accommodation fees and go costs will be charges would you wish that we come to your premises for a spare- restoration or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, although a labour expenses will not be required. We suggest that you arrange for the specialist to get picked up and sent back. The existing rate payable, would you prefer for us to come to you, is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our workplace and your property.
