We provide a 1 month limited warranty for low-power laser Tubes. A process of examining of- and feedback to- the laser tube manufacture is required for us to decide the laser tube condition is to be processed in line with the warranty. Alternatively, should you require us to deliver the products, the products are sent at the expense and risk of you, the purchaser. We, the seller is absolved from any liability due to damage of the products during the transportation process based on the nature and fragility of the products concerned. Diagnosis and new spare or associated equipment installments is free for machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that the clients machinery is fully operational and well tested after the new repair parts or components has been setup. For other companies machines, we may suggest to give technical guidance online or send a technician to provide technical services. We cannot however, guarantee which actions (if any) can be taken, or advice (if any) will be supplied by our specialists regarding competitors machines.If our specialist remotely recommends or recommend a redundant restoration or component add-on for machines that we have sold, and for brand new or spare service parts or associated equipment, we will provide the client with a 100% repayment once the client send the spares or accessories back in its primary order.
A labour expense will not be requested should you choose that we travel to your place for a spare- restoration or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be charged if suitable. We choose that you organize for the technician to get fetched and sent back. If you should choose for us to come to you, the ongoing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your property.
