Free Installation: Component or new spares fitting and diagnosis for machines obtained from us is free. Our specialists will ensure that your machinery is fully working and well certified after the new spares or associated equipment has been setup. For 3rd-party machines, we may choose to give technical services online or send a expert to offer technical support. When concerning competitors machines, we cant guarantee which actions (if any) shall be taken or what advice (if any) would be given by our experts. The installation and diagnosis of new spare parts or accessories sold by us shall be free of charge (save for the call out rates to the extent applicable) for all machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spare parts or accessories have been installed. We will provide technical advice remotely and/or send technician(s) to provide technical assistance in respect of third-party machines (i.e. machines not sold by us), only by way of written agreement. Whilst we try our best to ensure customer satisfaction we unfortunately do not provide installation nor support whatsoever for all spare parts used for machines not from us. We cannot guarantee, and shall take no responsibility for, any actions taken, or advice mentioned on our websites, or advice given by our technicians in respect of any third-party machines.
Money Back Guarantee: If a remote suggestion for extra - replacement or component add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for unused or redundant service parts or components must be made by our specialist, we will provide you with a complete remuneration once you send the spares or associated equipment in its primary quality. If our technician remotely diagnoses a machine sold by us and proposes a spare part replacement or accessory add-on which proves to be unused or redundant during the installation and subsequent diagnoses, we will provide you with credit to the value of the unused or redundant spare parts or accessories, upon the return of the spare part or accessory to us, in its original condition/packaging, within 30 days from the date on which the spare part or accessory was purchased. The credit can be utilised in respect of any subsequent purchase from us or to settle (or partially settle) any amount owing to us, provided that the funds shall not be repaid or refunded in any manner.
Call-out Installation & Travel Cost: A labour expense will not be charged should you desire that we go to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on installations for machinery that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be charged if suitable. Clients are preferred to make all arrangements for the technician to be retrieved and sent back. The existing rate payable, should you desire for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our branch and your premises. Call-outs will be attended to at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such setup, repair, installation or part replacement services. Unless you arrange for our technician to be collected from, and dropped off at, our premises at your own cost, our standard call-out rates shall apply. We charge a rate R 9.95 per kilometre for each kilometre of driving distance between our nearest branch and your premises. Whilst we try to keep our website updated, our call-out rates may vary from time by time, so kindly enquire about our call-out rate beforehand.
