A process of examining of- and feedback to- the laser tube manufacture is required for us to decide the laser tube condition is to be processed in line with the warranty. Alternatively, should you require us to deliver the products, the products are sent at the expense and risk of you, the purchaser. We, the seller is absolved from any liability due to damage of the products during the transportation process based on the nature and fragility of the products concerned. 
The prices you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, during the quotation valid period, the price we quoted for you will be fixed and valid until the quotation expires. If you haven't paid as yet, a new quotation will be created and new pricing will apply.No costs will apply for diagnosis and new service parts or associated equipment installments for machines obtained from us. After the new spare parts or accessories has been setup by our expert, they will insure that your machinery is 100% functional and well certified. Sending a expert to provide technical assistance, or remotely supplying technical guidance may be preferred when in regards to other companies machinery. Sadly, we can't, when concerning competitors machines, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be given by our technicians.If a remote recommendation for extra - replacement or component add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for brand new or spare spare or associated equipment is made by our technician, we will supply the client with a full remuneration once the client send the service parts or accessories in its primary state.
A labour fee will not be required should you desire that we travel to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be charged if suitable. We choose that you arrange for the specialist to get retrieved and sent back. The existing amount payable, should you wish for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our branch and your property.
