Alternatively, should you require us to deliver the products, the products are sent at the expense and risk of you, the purchaser. We, the seller is absolved from any liability due to damage of the products during the transportation process based on the nature and fragility of the products concerned.

Sending a specialist to supply technical support, or remotely supplying technical guidance may be preferred when in regarding to 3rd-party machinery. When related to competitors machines, we cant guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken or what information (if any) will be given by our technicians.If a remote recommendation for spare - restoration or accessory add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for unused or redundant spares or components is made by our specialist, we will present you with a 100% reimbursement once the client send the spares or associated equipment in its primary condition.
A labour fee will not be charged would you choose that we travel to your property for a spare- restoration or add-on fitting for machinery that we have sold, even though traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be required if suitable. We choose that you organize for the technician to get retrieved and sent back. The existing amount payable, should you wish for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our branch and your establishment.
