For the avoidance of doubt, it is recorded that the quality warranty shall not render us liable, nor do we accept any liability for faults or defects arising from (i) common wear and tear from the use of the machine and or parts or accessories or (ii) the misuse of the spare parts and accessories. After the new repair parts or accessories has been installed by our expert, they will make sure that your machines is 100% functional and well certified. For competitors machines, we may choose to offer technical services remotely or send a expert to offer technical services. We cannot however, guarantee which actions (if any) can be taken, or information (if any) will be supplied by our technicians relating to 3rd party machinery.
    The installation and diagnosis of new spare parts or accessories sold by us shall be free of charge (save for the call out rates to the extent applicable) for all machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spare parts or accessories have been installed. We will provide technical advice remotely and/or send technician(s) to provide technical assistance in respect of third-party machines (i.e. machines not sold by us), only by way of written agreement. Whilst we try our best to ensure customer satisfaction we unfortunately do not provide installation nor support whatsoever for all spare parts used for machines not from us. We cannot guarantee, and shall take no responsibility for, any actions taken, or advice mentioned on our websites, or advice given by our technicians in respect of any third-party machines.

    Money Back Guarantee    If our technician remotely advises or proposes a extra replacement or associated equipment add-on for machines that we have sold, including for unused or spare spare or associated equipment, we will present you with a full reimbursement once the client send the spare or associated equipment back in its initial order.

    Call-out Installation & Travel Cost    Accommodation fees and travel costs will be charges should you prefer that we go to your establishment for a spare- restoration or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, although a labour expenses will not be required. We prefer that you arrange for the specialist to get picked up and sent back. The existing percentage payable, should you wish for us to travel to you, is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our branch and your establishment.
    Call-outs will be attended to at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such setup, repair, installation or part replacement services. Unless you arrange for our technician to be collected from, and dropped off at, our premises at your own cost, our standard call-out rates shall apply. We charge a rate R 9.95 per kilometre for each kilometre of driving distance between our nearest branch and your premises. Whilst we try to keep our website updated, our call-out rates may vary from time by time, so kindly enquire about our call-out rate beforehand.
