After the new service parts or components have been fitted by our technician, they will make sure that your machinery is fully functional and well certified. Sending a expert to offer technical services, or remotely providing technical guidance may be chosen when in regards to competitors machines. When concerning 3rd-party machinery, we cant guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken or what guidance (if any) can be provided by our technicians.If a remote diagnoses for redundant - restoration or component add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for unused or redundant service parts or associated equipment is made by our technician, we will provide the client with a full repayment once the client send the service parts or components in its initial condition.
Accommodation fees and travel costs will be charges would you wish that we go to your establishment for a spare- replacement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, although a labour costs will not be required. Adjustments are preferred to be made by the purchaser for the technician to be fetched and sent back. The current rate payable, would you wish for us to come to you, is R 8.00/km increased by the driving distance between our branch and your premises.
