Value warranty for all licensed spares and accessories sold, will be supplied in which case the spare parts and accessories are utilized on our machines and installed by our technician or under our technician's supervision. In which case service parts or accessories have been fitted into other company's machinery or put together without our knowledge, the quality assurance will be null unless when approved by managers.No costs will apply for diagnosis and new spare parts or components fitting for machinery obtained from us. Our specialists will certify that the clients machinery is perfectly operational and well tested after the new spares or associated equipment have been setup. Sending a specialist to provide technical support, or remotely providing technical guidance may be preferred when concerning competitors machinery. Regrettably, we can't, when concerning 3rd-party machines, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be given by our technicians.You will be provided with a full refund should our specialist remotely diagnose or proposes a redundant - replacement or component add-on for machines that we have sold, and for brand new or redundant spare parts or accessories as soon as the client send the spares or components back in its initial quality.
A labour fee will not be required would you wish that we go to your place for a spare- replacement or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be requested if suited. Arrangements are required to be made by the client for the technician to be fetched and sent back. If you would prefer for us to go to you, the current percentage is R 8.00/km increased by the driving amplitude between our workplace and your property.
