Quality WarrantyQuality WarrantyQuality WarrantyFor the entire machine, including any subsystem, we only supply confined attribute guarantee lest stated elseways. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan:
Service PlanThe machinery which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a regular service. Reviewing and arrangement, everyday cleaning , as well as common ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machinery is improved in the equal of double that period or else your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee:
Call-out Service & FeeAnytime a technician supplies a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. Except when approved by the company or concealed by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days. costs to your place as well as accommodation if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts)Our service plan is suited for you if you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, or if you would like to find out if the appliance is set to operate optimally. There is no cost for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our specialist whether an back-up or additional servicing or service parts restoration is needed or if everything is in order. Regretfully, no improvements or excessive labour operate will be completed during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be practised at your and our earliest convenience.
If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
