Quality Warranty:
Quality WarrantyQuality WarrantyQuality WarrantyWe offer limited trait warranty on the whole machine, along with any subsystem except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and faulty material errors are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We aren't accountable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Aforestated is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Often damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily accessible on inquiry.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan:
Service PlanRoutine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Basic depletion replacement at a minimal cost, analyzing and arrangement as well as common cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and void if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not fixed within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you should get your machine fixed in every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee:
Call-out Service & FeeAnytime a specialist offers a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above plans or confirmed by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out charge, transport costs to your property including accommodation if required, are on your account. We choose that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. The prevailing amount is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our branch and your property, should you recommend for us to come to you.Those fees may vary extent by point without notice, so generously analyze about call out as well as travel costs beforehand.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts):
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts)If you simply want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction or want to find out if the appliance is fitted to operate optically, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. There is no cost for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to supply you with advice on if an alternative or additional servicing or spares reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. Regrettably, no repairs or hard labour function will be carried out during a sustainment visit, but a booking should made for this to be completed at your and our quickest convenience.
If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.

Training CourseOur premises offers basic and/or complete training courses for all machinery we sell. More advanced training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been finished but first primary entry courses is comprehended in your machinery purchase.
