Quality Warranty:
Quality WarrantyQuality WarrantyQuality WarrantyWe provide limited feature guarantee on the entire machine, along with any subsystem lest stated differently. The feature warranty covers shortages as a result of defective materials or poor craftsmanship We would not be held at fault for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your component. Therefore aforestated would not be covered by our guarantee. Of course, damages that are not covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately accessible upon request.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan:
Service PlanRegular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The enclosed service plan contains standard cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as everyday decrement replacement at a minimum cost. It is vital that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, elseways your service guarantee will be null and meaningless. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every three months, you should get your machine rectified in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee:
Call-out Service & FeeA Call-out refers to each and every time point a specialist offers a service at your establishment. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is covered by each of the above plans or arranged by the managers. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your property including accommodation if essential, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts):
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts)If you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind or would like to know if the machine is set to function optically, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. We will not charge any cost for the specialist we provide. Our technician will be able to provide you with advice on if an back-up or additional service or spare parts restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Unfortunately, no repairs or excessive labour operate will be completed during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability.
If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course:
Training CourseWe provide primary and/or extensive training courses at our training centre for all machinery we sell. More advanced training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been achieved but first fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment.
We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.

Barcode SystemA particular barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. Analyze therefore you will regularly be able to,in any style and at any time, analyze the machinery's assurance info and maintenance history on our site or offline. Our machines guarantee and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximum benefit are insured on both the selling and service of your machines.
All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time.
