Quality Warranty:
Quality WarrantyQuality WarrantyQuality WarrantyWe offer bounded quality warranty on each subsystem lest stated elseways, including on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship including defective components weaknesses are covered by the trait warranty. We aren't responsible for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Therefore aforementioned would not be covered by our warranty. Deterioration can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly available.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan:
Service PlanThe machinery which you are going to buy, will be forcing a regular service. Investigation and arrangement, common cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost are concealed in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machinery is improved within the equal of twice that period otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective. This is to say that in which case we choose that your machinery is serviced once every three months, it is required that you get your machine rectified in every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee:
Call-out Service & FeeAnytime a specialist provides a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. Except when accepted by the company or concealed by each and every time of the above plans, a call-out cost will be required. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out cost, traveling costs to your premises including accommodation if required, are on your account. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. R 9.95/km is the ongoing amount increased by the driving distance between your establishment as well as our office, should you prefer for us to travel to you.Kindly seek an answer about call out including traveling costs ahead of time as those fees may change instant by time without notice.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.

Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts)Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, or if you would like to find out if the machinery is adjusted to function optimally. No fees will be assigned for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to advise whether everything is normal or if an back-up or further assistance or service parts replacement is needed. During sustainment visits no repairs or intense labour work will be completed and reservations can be made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.
If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
