We give a quality warranty for competent spares and accessories sold only when the spare parts or accessories is fitted on our machines and put together by our specialist or under our technician's supervision. In which case service parts or accessories has been fitted into 3rd party machines or put together without our knowledge, the quality warranty will be null except when accepted by managers.
Component or new spare parts fitments and diagnosis for machines obtained from us is free. After the new service parts or associated equipment have been fitted by our technician, they will ensure that your machines is 100% operative and well certified. We may suggest to give technical services remotely or send a technician to give technical support for competitors machinery. Regretfully, we can't, when concerning competitors machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.
The client will be provided with a full refund should our technician remotely diagnose or recommend a redundant - reinstatement or associated equipment add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for new or extra spares or associated equipment as soon as the client send the spare or accessories back in its genuine order.
A labour fee will not be required should you choose that we come to your place for a spare- restoration or add-on installations for machinery that we have sold, even though travel costs and accommodation fees will be charged if suitable. We propose that you arrange for the specialist to get picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our branch and your premises, is the prevailing rate payable and applicable should you choose for us to go to you.
