Except when accepted by managers, the value assurance will be null if spares or accessories has been constructed into other company's machines or put together without our consent.
No fees be requested for diagnosis and new spare parts or components installation for machinery purchased from us. After the new service parts or components has been fitted, our experts will ensure that your machinery is completely functional and well tested. We may recommend to give technical services online or send a specialist to provide technical assistance for competitors machinery. We cant however, insurance which steps (if any) shall be taken, or information (if any) will be given by our experts relating to 3rd party machinery.
If a remote suggestion for spare - replacement or associated equipment add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for brand new or spare spares or components is made by our technician, we will present the client with a 100% reimbursement once you send the service parts or associated equipment in its genuine quality.
A labour fee will not be charged would you wish that we go to your establishment for a spare- restoration or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be required if relevant. Plans are required to be made by the buyer for the technician to be fetched and sent back. R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our workplace and your premises, is the ongoing rate payable and suitable should you choose for us to come to you.
