Quality Warranty: In which case competent spare parts and accessories are being utilized on our machinery and put together by our specialist or under our experts's supervision, value warranty will be given. The quality assurance is invalid if spares or accessories has been fitted into competitors machines or put together without our acceptance ( unless when approved by the company ) . We provide a quality warranty for qualified spares and accessories sold only when the spares or accessories is used on our machines and installed by our technician or under our technician's supervision. The quality warranty is void if spares or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machines or installed without our acknowledgment ( unless pre-approved by management and stated above ) .
Free Installation: Diagnosis and new service parts or associated equipment fitting is costless for machinery sold by us. After the new spares or associated equipment have been installed, our experts will certify that the clients machines is 100% working and well certified. Sending a specialist to give technical assistance, or remotely supplying technical information may be chosen when concerning 3rd-party machines. Unfortunately, we can't, when concerning competitors machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or guidance (if any) will be given by our technicians. Diagnosis and new spares or accessories installation is free of charge for machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spares or accessories have been installed. For 3rd-party machines, we may choose to provide technical advice remotely or send technician to provide technical assistance. We cannot however guarantee actions taken, or advice given by technicians regarding 3rd party machinery.
Money Back Guarantee: If our specialist remotely recommends or proposes a redundant reinstatement or component add-on for machinery that we have sold, as well as for brand new or spare spare parts or associated equipment, we will present the client with a full refund once the client send the spare parts or accessories back in its original state. If our technician remotely diagnoses or proposes a spare replacement or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, and for unused or redundant spares or accessories, we will provide you with a 100% refund on credit note once you send the spares or accessories back with 30 days from purchase in its original condition.
Call-out Installation & Travel Cost: Should you prefer that we go to your place for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour costs, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if necessary. Clients are preferred to make all preparations for the technician to be picked up and sent back. If you would prefer for us to navigate to you, the current percentage is R 6.00/km amplified by the driving span between our workplace and your place. Should you prefer that we come to your premises for a spare-replacement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if necessary. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 6.00/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises.
