Quality Warranty: In which case qualified service parts and accessories are being utilized on our machines and installed by our experts or under our specialist's supervision, value assurance will be presented. In which case spare parts or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machinery or setup without our acknowledgement, the quality warranty will be invalid except when approved by management. We provide a quality warranty for qualified spares and accessories sold only when the spares or accessories is used on our machines and installed by our technician or under our technician's supervision. The quality warranty is void if spares or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machines or installed without our acknowledgment ( unless pre-approved by management and stated above ) .
Free Installation: Accessory or new repair parts installments and diagnosis for machines bought from us is free of charge. After the new spare parts or associated equipment have been installed, our experts will make sure that the clients machines is completely working and well tested. We may recommend to give technical guidance remotely or send a specialist to give technical support for 3rd-party machinery. When concerning other companies machines, we cant guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken or what information (if any) can be given by our specialists. Diagnosis and new spares or accessories installation is free of charge for machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spares or accessories have been installed. For 3rd-party machines, we may choose to provide technical advice remotely or send technician to provide technical assistance. We cannot however guarantee actions taken, or advice given by technicians regarding 3rd party machinery.
Money Back Guarantee: If a remote diagnoses for spare - restoration or associated equipment add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for brand new or redundant service parts or accessories should be made by our technician, we will supply the client with a 100% repayment once the client send the spare parts or associated equipment in its primary state. If our technician remotely diagnoses or proposes a spare replacement or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, and for unused or redundant spares or accessories, we will provide you with a 100% refund on credit note once you send the spares or accessories back with 30 days from purchase in its original condition.
Call-out Installation & Travel Cost: Accommodation fees and go costs will be charges should you choose that we go to your establishment for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, even though a labour expenses will not be charged. Preparations are required to be made by the purchaser for the specialist to be retrieved and sent back. If you would like us to go to you, the current percentage is R 6.00/km multiplied by the driving distance between our office and your property. Should you prefer that we come to your premises for a spare-replacement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if necessary. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 6.00/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises.
