Quality Warranty: In which case qualified spare parts and accessories are being fitted on our machinery and put together by our specialist or under our specialist's supervision, quality guarantee will be provided. The worth guarantee is void if service parts or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machinery or put together without our admission ( except when accepted by managers ) . We provide a quality warranty for qualified spares and accessories sold only when the spares or accessories is used on our machines and installed by our technician or under our technician's supervision. The quality warranty is void if spares or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machines or installed without our acknowledgment ( unless pre-approved by management and stated above ) .
Free Installation: Accessory or new repair parts fitments and diagnosis for machines obtained from us is costless. Our experts will insure that your machinery is perfectly operational and well tested after the new service parts or components has been setup. Sending a technician to provide technical assistance, or remotely supplying technical guidance may be preferred when in regards to other companies machinery. We cant however, oath which actions (if any) shall be taken, or guidance (if any) will be given by our specialists relating to other company's machines. Diagnosis and new spares or accessories installation is free of charge for machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spares or accessories have been installed. For 3rd-party machines, we may choose to provide technical advice remotely or send technician to provide technical assistance. We cannot however guarantee actions taken, or advice given by technicians regarding 3rd party machinery.
Money Back Guarantee: If a remote suggestion for extra - restoration or associated equipment add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for new or spare service parts or components will be made by our specialist, we will supply the client with a full reimbursement once you send the service parts or components in its original condition. If our technician remotely diagnoses or proposes a spare replacement or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, and for unused or redundant spares or accessories, we will provide you with a 100% refund on credit note once you send the spares or accessories back with 30 days from purchase in its original condition.
Call-out Installation & Travel Cost: A labour expense will not be required would you desire that we come to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on installations for machinery that we have sold, even though traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be charged if suited. Adjustments are chosen to be made by the client for the technician to be fetched and sent back.
