Printhead Has NO Warranty:

Printhead is a consumable with limited lifespan. Printhead generally gets clogged and blocked very often even with automatic cleaning system and very sensitive to voltage fluctuations. Extensive care is required to maintain the printhead in printable condition -- which means partial clog will accrue during usage even manual clean process been taken. We will train our clients how to take care the printhead during installation of our own printers. For printhead purchase for 3^rd party machines, we will not perform installation.

Quality Warranty:

For the whole machine, along with each subsystem, we only offer limited attribute warranty unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship as well as faulty equipment weaknesses are covered by the attribute warranty. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our liability. Therefore aforestated cannot be covered by our guarantee. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are promptly available on inquiry.

Self-Installation:

As this machine is a DIY Product, the client will accordingly have to assemble and fit the machinery themselves. We have enclosed an installation guide to advise you, nevertheless the assembly, construction and configuration of the machinery software is relatively simple. An further technician callout charge will be assigned if you prefer that we complete the assembling, organization and fitment.

All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. Check therefore you will constantly be able to,in any form and at any time, analyze the machines assurance information and servicing history on our database or while logged off. By using the barcode we honour our machines guarantee and assistance. This protects your supreme comfort on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
