We present a quality warranty for licensed service parts and accessories sold except when the spares or accessories is fitted on our machines and setup by our technician or under our specialist's supervision. In which case service parts or accessories have been fitted into competitors machines or put together without our consent, the quality guarantee will be void unless when approved by management.
Accessory or new spares fitments and diagnosis for machines purchased from us is free of charge. After the new spares or components have been fitted, our experts will ensure that the clients machines is perfectly operational and well certified. For competitors machinery, we may prefer to give technical advice remotely or send a technician to give technical support. Regrettably, we can't, when regarding competitors machines, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be given by our technicians.
You will be supplied with a complete reimbursement should our technician remotely suggest or proposes a spare - restoration or component add-on for machines that we have sold, as well as for new or redundant spare or accessories as soon as the client send the spare parts or components back in its genuine state.
Should you choose that we travel to your premises for a spare- reinstatement or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if required. Clients are preferred to make all preparations for the specialist to be retrieved and sent back.
