We provide a quality warranty for qualified spares and accessories sold only when the spares or accessories is used on our machines and installed by our technician or under our technician's supervision. The quality warranty is void if spares or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machines or installed without our acknowledgment ( unless pre-approved by management and stated above ) .
Free Installation: Diagnosis and new service parts or components installments is costless for machinery sold by us. After the new spares or accessories has been fitted, our specialist will insure that the clients machines is perfectly operative and well tested. We may suggest to offer technical guidance remotely or send a technician to provide technical assistance for 3rd-party machines. When concerning 3rd-party machines, we cant guarantee which actions (if any) shall be taken or what advice (if any) shall be provided by our specialists. Diagnosis and new spares or accessories installation is free of charge for machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spares or accessories have been installed. For 3rd-party machines, we may choose to provide technical advice remotely or send technician to provide technical assistance. We cannot however guarantee actions taken, or advice given by technicians regarding 3rd party machinery.
Money Back Guarantee: The client will be provided with a full refund should our technician remotely recommend or recommend a extra - replacement or component add-on for machines that we have sold, as well as for new or redundant spare parts or accessories as soon as the client send the spare parts or components back in its genuine order.
