After the new service parts or accessories have been setup by our expert, they will ensure that the clients machinery is perfectly operative and well tested. Sending a technician to offer technical assistance, or remotely providing technical information can be preferred when in regarding to competitors machines. We cannot however, guarantee which actions (if any) can be taken, or guidance (if any) will be supplied by our technicians about competitors machinery.
If our technician remotely advises or proposes a extra replacement or associated equipment add-on for machinery that we have sold, and for new or redundant spares or associated equipment, we will provide the client with a complete repayment once you send the spare parts or components back in its genuine condition.
Would you choose that we go to your establishment for a spare- replacement or add-on installations for machinery that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if vital.
