In which case service parts or accessories has been constructed into competitors machines or put together without our acknowledgement, the value assurance will be invalid except when accepted by the company.
Diagnosis and new spare or associated equipment installation is complimentary for machinery sold by us. Our specialists will make sure that your machines is perfectly operational and well certified after the new spares or accessories has been setup. For competitors machinery, we may suggest to give technical advice online or send a specialist to give technical assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot, when concerning other companies machinery, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be given by our technicians.
If our specialist remotely recommends or proposes a extra reinstatement or component add-on for machines that we have sold, as well as for brand new or spare service parts or components, we will supply the client with a 100% refund once you send the service parts or accessories back in its original state.
A labour fee will not be required should you choose that we come to your property for a spare- reinstatement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, even though traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be required if suited.
