We will train our clients how to take care the printhead during installation of our own printers. For printhead purchase for 3rd party machines, we will not perform installation.

    Training Course    Primary and/or full training courses are supplied through our training centre for all machines we sell. When obtaining your machine, first fundamental entry courses is included in your investment, but more improved training can be purchased after the principal course has been passed.
    We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
    Call-out Service & Fee:
    Call-out Service & Fee    When a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged except when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or per-approved by the managers. At the instant of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accommodation including traveling costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial.
