Printhead is a consumable with limited lifespan. Printhead generally gets clogged and blocked very often even with automatic cleaning system and very sensitive to voltage fluctuations. Extensive care is required to maintain the printhead in printable condition -- which means partial clog will accrue during usage even manual clean process been taken. We will train our clients how to take care the printhead during installation of our own printers. For printhead purchase for 3rd party machines, we will not perform installation.
We give constrained quality warranty on any subsystem except stated otherwise, including on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship and unfit equipment shortages are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We shall not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your machinery. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be readily available upon request.Basic and/or extensive training courses are provided via our premises for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, however more improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been passed.
Every time a service is supplied at your property by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required unless the call-out is covered by each of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the the company. One specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Settlement and travel costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. The specialists required adjustments to be done to get picked up including sent back, are recommend to be made by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the current amount amplified by the traveling distance between your premises including our premises, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Those charges may vary point by point without notice, so generously inquire about call out and traveling costs ahead of time.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode.
