In which case competent spare parts and accessories are being used on our machinery and installed by our technician or under our experts's supervision, worth assurance will be provided. The worth guarantee is invalid if service parts or accessories have been constructed into 3rd party machinery or setup without our acceptance ( unless when accepted by managers ) .
Diagnosis and new spare parts or associated equipment installation is free for machines sold by us. After the new service parts or components has been setup by our expert, they will insure that your machines is 100% operational and well certified. Sending a technician to give technical assistance, or remotely providing technical information may be preferred when in regards to 3rd-party machinery. Unfortunately, we can't, when regarding competitors machinery, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be given by our technicians.
If our technician remotely diagnoses or proposes a redundant restoration or associated equipment add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for unused or redundant service parts or accessories, we will present the client with a complete reimbursement once the client send the spare parts or accessories back in its primary order.
A labour expense will not be charged should you desire that we go to your establishment for a spare- restoration or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be charged if relevant. We choose that you arrange for the technician to get fetched and sent back. The prevailing amount payable, should you choose for us to come to you, is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our branch and your premises.
