Component or new repair parts fitments and diagnosis for machinery purchased from us is free. After the new spare or components has been installed, our specialist will insure that the clients machines is perfectly operative and well tested. We may prefer to give technical guidance online or send a specialist to provide technical services for competitors machines. Regrettably, we can't, when regarding 3rd-party machinery, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be given by our technicians.
If a remote diagnoses for extra - restoration or associated equipment add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for brand new or redundant spare parts or accessories must be made by our technician, we will present the client with a complete remuneration once the client send the spare parts or components in its original state.
A labour fee will not be charged would you choose that we go to your property for a spare- replacement or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be charged if suited. Preparations are preferred to be made by the purchaser for the specialist to be fetched and sent back. R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our branch and your property, is the current rate payable and suitable should you choose for us to travel to you.
