Quality warranty for all qualified service parts and accessories sold, will be given in which case the service parts and accessories are utilized on our machinery and setup by our specialist or under our experts's supervision. Unless when accepted by managers, the worth warranty will be void if spares or accessories has been fitted into competitors machinery or put together without our knowledge.
No fees will apply for diagnosis and new service parts or associated equipment installation for machines bought from us. After the new repair parts or accessories have been installed by our technician, they will insure that your machinery is fully working and well tested. We may prefer to provide technical services remotely or send a technician to provide technical services for 3rd-party machines. Regrettably, we can't, when regarding 3rd-party machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.
If our specialist remotely suggests or proposes a redundant reinstatement or associated equipment add-on for machinery that we have sold, and for brand new or extra spare or components, we will supply the client with a complete remuneration once you send the service parts or components back in its genuine state.
Accommodation fees and travel costs will be charges should you choose that we come to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, although a labour fee will not be charged. Arrangements are chosen to be made by the buyer for the technician to be picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our warehouse and your premises, is the ongoing percentage payable and applicable should you desire for us to travel to you.
