Component or new repair parts installation and diagnosis for machinery purchased from us is complimentary. Our experts will certify that the clients machines is 100% operational and well certified after the new repair parts or associated equipment has been installed. For competitors machinery, we may recommend to offer technical advice remotely or send a specialist to give technical assistance. We cant however, insurance which actions (if any) can be taken, or guidance (if any) will be given by our experts about other company's machines.
If a remote diagnoses for spare - reinstatement or associated equipment add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for brand new or redundant service parts or associated equipment should be made by our specialist, we will present you with a 100% refund once you send the service parts or associated equipment in its original condition.
Should you choose that we travel to your place for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour costs, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if compulsory. Adjustments are chosen to be made by the buyer for the specialist to be retrieved and sent back. The current amount payable, would you prefer for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving distance between our branch and your property.
