Diagnosis and new service parts or components fitments is complimentary for machines sold by us. After the new spares or associated equipment has been put together, our technician will ensure that the clients machinery is 100% functional and well certified. Sending a expert to supply technical services, or remotely supplying technical guidance can be preferred when in regarding to 3rd-party machines. Unfortunately, we cannot, when regarding other companies machines, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or guidance (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.
If our specialist remotely recommends or prefers a extra replacement or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, and for brand new or spare spare parts or accessories, we will supply you with a complete reimbursement once you send the spares or accessories back in its genuine order.
A labour expense will not be required would you prefer that we go to your property for a spare- restoration or add-on fitments for machinery that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be charged if suited. Clients are required to make all plans for the technician to be picked up and sent back. The existing percentage payable, should you choose for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our office and your establishment.
