Sending a expert to supply technical support, or remotely providing technical guidance can be chosen when in regards to 3rd-party machinery. In regarding competitors machinery, we cant guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken or what information (if any) can be given by our specialists.
If a remote recommendation for extra - reinstatement or component add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for brand new or redundant service parts or components will be made by our technician, we will present the client with a full refund once the client send the spare parts or associated equipment in its primary order.
